Each session contains 4 lessons; 1 lesson per week

Piano Instructor:

Bilinda Lou, M.M., MTAC member

Bilinda grew up in Macau where she started her first piano lesson at the age of five, and percussion at the age of twelve. She is currently enrolled in the artist certificate program at Azusa Pacific University, studying solo and chamber music with Dr. Eugene Alcalay. In 2015, Bilinda finished her master degree in piano performance at University of Colorado, Boulder with Prof. Doris Lehnert. She has performed in Vienna, Salzburg, Australia, Singapore, Taiwan, and China. Past attended summer music festivals include Masterworks, Brevard, and Rocky Ridge. Bilinda enjoys teaching, playing solos and chamber music, as well as accompanying instrumentalists and vocalists. She is also an active church pianist and choir accompanist. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

Guitar instructor:

Juan Sixto – B.M.

Juan has been pursuit to master Classical Guitar since he was a teenager. His dedication has acquired him the opportunity to accompany and perform with groups such as the Rio Hondo’s Vocal Arts Ensemble, Rio Hondo Guitar Ensemble and the Workman Mill Industrial Orchestra in Whittier, California. Juan has more than 5 years guitar teaching experience. He holds a Bachelors Degree of Music in Classical-Guitar Performance at the California State University of Northridge.

Violin instructor:

Lina Van – B.M.

Teaching violin for more than 10 years, Lina Van has established herself as an important violin teacher at Lee’s Music. She speaks fluent English, Vietnamese and some Spanish.

Lina holds a Bachelor of Music degree in violin performance at the California State University Long Beach. She has joined the California State Universiy Symphony Orchestra, VAP Orchestra and Montage Civic Orchestra.    Lina is an ABRSM teacher. On top of teaching, she is also a freelance violinist for musicals, operas, live concerts, and studio
